Flashing speed limit signs

My wife and I both agree. The flashing speed limit signs on Table Mesa Dr are a distraction to the point of being more dangerous than they are effective. I don't know if these things are configurable (I assume they are) but these ones are set to flash SLOW DOWN in red, blinking text when you are going 1 MPH over the speed limit. I'm of the opinion that 5 over is safe and reasonable speeding and these flashing signs probably cause more accidents than they prevent. Boo on these signs
